Last night was autograph night. We didn’t visit many, just said hello a few times. Junior wanted Franco and “3” wanted Tyler Henson and DiPro and I wanted to say hello to Chris Bootcheck. I gave new IronPigs Rusty Ryal a welcoming hello, and we shouted stuff at Barry Enright (you know, good stuff!) It wasn’t terribly crowded that I could tell.
Mat Latos started on a rehab and pitched reasonably well for the Bats until he left with a possible injury or other concern. He also had a nice double in his first at-bat if I recall.
Late in the game, Morandini, coaching third, wouldn’t send Perkins on a play where he likely would have scored to tie the game. The rains came, and another run crossed and we lost by 2. While we hope for a turnaround tonight behind the aforementioned Enright, here is last night in photos, by photographer Jim Godown. Included are two series, one of a Perkins at-bat, and another of a Franco strike out.

Thanks Jim! Good Stuff!
See you at the park,
